I hate when people have their display name the wrong way around, like - Weatherill, Jay.

i think that a lot of people assume that is the standard for some reason? in our work email address, it is the correct way around, yet they still address the start of the email "Hello Weatherill........."

Ditto.
For some absolutely bizarre reason my name is often written in a weird way on aeroplane tickets, like this:
BATES, RICHARDMR
(not my real name BTW)
Why you would put my title MR (I don't have a middle name) at the end of the name is baffling but putting it straight on the end of the first name without a space is downright silly. I know computers are involved in this sort of thing but why it is so difficult simply to write 'MR RICHARD BATES' (or just RICHARD BATES) is something I'll never know.
