A supplier blatantly lying to me for a month, then talking to me like I'm a f**kin idiot. Shutting down this business relationship right now.

Ordered a pallet of stock on the 7th April.

Called on the 18th to see where it was. Was told it was leaving the 20th.

Hadn't arrived by the 26th, called again. Told it was leaving the 28th.

Called today and he said they were out of stock, and now "it's actually the 8th of May, so you're on stop credit."

Told him I'd call back in a few minutes to cancel the order.

We used to get this regularly from one particular supplier, one that we'd been doing business with for 20+ years. Annoying AF!!

If you don't have the stock or can't fill an order, no worries - just say so, but don't **** us over!

We inherited these guys when they bought a smaller company we'd dealt with for 20+ years too. Three orders in and they have done their dash.

I totally agree with this... He has claimed that there were personal attacks regarding his family, which no one else heard, and he was able to single out one person in a massive crowd...
