I get paid the same, but the workload bunches up and we have 3 or 4 less days in the month to get everything done.

April was shit, but then we did a quarter of Aprils sales in the first two days of May.

The work bunches up because other people aren't at work on the public holidays and then instead of them all ordering over 5 days, they order the same volume they would have ordered over 5 days in 4 days.

Then our drivers need to deliver 5 days worth of sold stock in 4 days. And then the same thing happens the next week. 10 days worth of orders received in 8 days. And then lazy pricks have the Monday before Anzac Day off and we get all the orders on the Wednesday. 15 days of orders in 11 days.

Hospitality is a big offender.
