That beats any SANFL crowd last year. ( in the minor round ... added after Wedgies comment) Biggest crowd since 6,927 attended Rd 1 2015 match between Norwood and Sturt at same venue

Terrific game of footy, in my opinion Robbie Young is a better player than Jake Neede, and Sharrad is a better player than Toumpas.

Centrals tend to give a good account of themselves, so from the Chooks' perspective today will also be a tough one.
Expecting today's game to be a close one, hoping North can get over the line - if last year's form is any guide, we'll gallantly go down by a couple of kicks having been in control of the game at some point and then drop our heads.
Should be a perfect day for footy, so with nothing else on hopefully the attendances are strong.

Think the Crowd at Encounter Bay might give that number a shake.
I'm hearing there's a heap of South supporters heading down to the game.

Would be great if so PP .... history suggests a crowd of 2-3k at the ground, doubling that would be a stretch. And yes Wedgie good pick up ... was referring to Minor Round

Top day for footy, toss of the coin game. Looking forward to cracking a couple of frothies in an hour or so and heading down.

According to that photo the bus left 7 years ago, time to get a GPS. They'll be hungry upon arrival, hope the sausage sizzle is well stocked.
At least they won't be disappointed Brett Eddy's been pinched by the Power, they never knew he played for South in the first place!

I hope they're not bringing out the other type of 'tackle'.
