Funny story that mate, I 'strained' my Right hammy Monday night, iced up it Monday and Tuesday night done all the right things including ice baths, Then stupid me Trains Thursday night as it felt ok just a bit stiff and yep sure enough nearly at the end of the session exactly the same thing on the left Hammy this time. Its crazy I've got my self as fit as I've ever been and bang 2 Hammys in a week, I've been a lazy bum for 20 years and never had any soft tissue injuries and now 2 inside 4 days.

The worst part is My Mrs, My Boss and Those closest to me have all been telling me to give it up, Your to old, Your Knees are done blah blah blah and this just proves the F@#kers right, Its very frustrating to say the least.

So the short answer is probably NOT!

Don't worry Carey, I dislocated my knee a few Fridays back playing a fundraising T20 game, footy vs cricket. Never had an injury to my knees in 25 years of footy. Pretty much everyone said it happened because I'm officially old now.

Were in the same boat there mate, I'm starting to feel it tho.

The way I see it 'The Infomer" played till he was about 48 so I was going to try and beat that, I just need to play for about another 6 clubs and I'll match him there as well........
