Pies could be in trouble

Just got home against the blues, beaten by the tigers toinight, and have Melb, Syd and Adel in the run home

Still no certainty

good results thus far for the crows

with Brisbane, WB and the Saints losing, a win tomorrow will see the crows back in the 8, while a lost will only see the crows remain out of the 8 by half a game.

Not only will they be only a 1/2 game out - but look at the draw...
WB at home
BL at home...

Destiny is in their own hands now = no doubt about that... Can't wait to get down to the Cattery tomorrow to see the boys again.. just wishing and hoping for a result.. a good result that is!!!

Crows don't have to win today to keep in the race

The last 3 games are more winnable and so more important IMO

The way it's going wih our % even winning only 2 of our last 4 could sneak us in - as long St Kilda lose 2

the other thing that has come out of this round

Hawks and Swans are definite premiership threats, those who believe the Cats are miles in front of the other contenders need to think again

Hawks - they have the fire power to worry all sides, not to mention plenty of depth and run in their midfield

Swans - as usual, starting to time their run beautifully, they are a definite chance for top 4, history shows they will be dangerous from this position

Eagles - not flying at the moment, hwever I believe they still have another gear to go too

6/8

Should have shown some balls and picked Melbourne. Easy to say in hindsight, but i thought they were 1/2 a chance.

Just as gone as the Crows, Syd... Always find it odd when supporters of one team take glee in the demise of another that has so little to do with them.

(Hating Port is an exception to this as that is a sport in itself and participation is encouraged).

the majority seem to take glee when the crows struggle

however, I admit I do find it satisfying that the bombers have failed once again

It's called rivalry boys...and rivalry is PASSION. That's why we hate the bloody Crows. You all line up with the Grandmas knitting their socks, drinking the thermos and telling the real football supporters to shut up and look personally affronted if someone has the gall to barrack for the opposition team, no PASSION. Throw in the mega bucks that the Crows can provide its support staff and the blanket media coverage and there's your answer.

Yeah, I know the generalities don't apply to all Crows but the generalities don't apply to the Port bogan or the Geelong hick either. I have a lot less 'hate' this season but if we fall over again for the 44th year in a row the venom will rise with a vengeance. *touches wood yet again*

regards,

REB
