SINGER Shannon Noll has been arrested and charged over the assault of a bouncer at an Adelaide strip club over the weekend.

The Advertiser reports that the former Australian Idol contestant was involved in an incident outside the city’s Crazy Horse Revue in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Police confirmed a 41-year-old NSW man had been arrested and charged with two counts of assault, and was bailed to appear in Adelaide Magistrates Court in February.

Witness Alstair Longmuir told Nine the singer had been kicked out of the club.

“He got really aggressive, and kept being like ‘I’m Shannon Noll, let me back into the Crazy Horse, and punched a security guard. Then four policemen pinned him down and took him away in a police car.”

Maybe next time skip the Crazy Horse visit Nollsy.

Easier to list the GnR songs they didn't play. ;)

Good looking setlist. A mate of mine who live is Brisbane went and reckons you'd be mad to miss it.

Pretty sure they broke up a long time ago and only recently reformed. That show has sold out and they've added a second show now on the Saturday night.

Apparently greeted the crowd at the MCG with a "hello Sydney!' and got promptly booed!

I've never understood why people get sh1tfaced at gigs/sporting events... Not saying you will Booney but, what is the point?

Went to the Something for Kate/You Am I/Spiderbait/Jebediah/Meanies Day on the Green and there were a couple of people by the time the Jebs hit the stage where pretty much unconcious... what a waste of money...

Maybe it's cos I'm a tight @rse and don't want to waste the money on the tickets..

It's not a gig thing, it's a Saturday thing. I usually pop into my local around noon for a couple and then plod around at home working my way through some more. Agreed, getting legless at something you've stumped up $180 for is a bit stupid. I'll have a few bevs, for sure, but I won't be getting off my chops.

A mate (RIP) 20 odd years ago was looking forward to a Nirvana concert so much, it's all he talked about for a month or so beforehand.

Catching up with him after the event, asked him what it was like. His answer was that he got so Fu**ed up, he passed out in an alleyway before it began and missed the entire show.
