Honestly haven't seen him bowl much, i was mostly basing my assessment on the fact our D grade took him for 42 off 4 overs before Xmas

For the first time probably ever, I believe the C&CCA are a serious chance to progress to the final of the SAMCA U21's

Good luck to you and the boys Zartan. I watched a bit of the ATCA v PDCA U21's game and the bowling from PDCA wasn't overly threatening.
Hope the boys have a good crack!

Cheers mate.. Couple handy sorts still in the PDCA side - obviously Trav McIntyre the big key. Lord and Martin are handy with the ball.. but i think they're vulnerable! Fingers crossed!
Now i've said that we will get pumped haha

Has there been an influx of younger players to the association?

Quite a turnaround

Yep, massive influx - each side seems to have picked up a few, Fitzroy & Seaton in particular a lot of mates who played footy together.
Enfield has always had plenty of kids, and we are trying to develop/fast track most through our "U25's" side
Also having Athelstone who have a junior setup is great, and we are finally seeing a lot of our younger guys begin to develop and improve as they get older.
Traditionally with our 21's when we have fielded a side, a large number of the players have been more around the 15-18 mark, now we actually have guys around the 20-21 mark, and a greater number playing in their clubs A grade.
Currently have 113 registered players under 21 in the comp.
