Anyone had one put in recently or know approx cost?
I've just messaged my mate, they do a great job but I know they're usually pretty banked up with work, I'll let pm you when he gets back to me, they're based near Gawler though.

Cheers. I wasn't sure if tradies would be busy or have bugger all on at this time of the year. I guess if you are good at what you do you will always have work.
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

That's about the sum of it, these guys do an excellent job so they're always busy.

Hot weather isn't going to help things either.....

I would've thought the hot weather would help the concrete set faster...

But it gets to a point that it sets too quick and creates structural issues. A high traffic area such as a driveway in direct sunlight wouldn't be ideal and engineers would be having kittens...
Drove past Water Wonderland (Blow up water park) at Bonthyon Park today, absolutely packed. Is it time for Adelaide to get a permanent water park similar to Wet&Wild? Where would be the best location to build such a thing?

Wouldn't have thought so. Surely the crowd was a symptom of yesterday's weather. Can't imagine people lining up in July for it in Adelaide. The Gold Coast has the weather to make those places attractive all year round.

I'm doing some research for my parents (who live on the Fleurieu Peninsula, and now have access to NBN, although nothing connected at their place yet) who are keen to get an ipad - anyone know how effective it would be to access the internet for an ipad, via a Telstra sim card?
Would the internet speed etc, be just as effective as if there was a Telstra modem, which they could use via wifi?

Greenhill adventure park down at Victor was sort of that wasn't it? That is now closed. During the holidays, they turn both Marion pools into a water park anyway. Like you said, think for Adelaide and the limited hot weather we go ok as is.
