Great appointment. Hally is a legend of a man!
Can you bring a man to his feet when defeat is on repeat?

Re: Coaching Vacancies 2017
You will find Pembroke Os have sacked there premiership coach, or as they will tell you offered him another position. They have appointed James Allan as coach to Guide them next year in div 2, I was told if didn't get the gig would have looked else where to coach. It sounds like a good appointment but a tad harsh on the bloke who takes them top in his first year.

Be a salary cap position. Allan will play and the coach from last year will be assistant/bench coach and still make all the calls. Similar to what Barossa Districts did with their "coaches". PLaying coaches will be the way in the future

Re: Coaching Vacancies 2017
Would have thought C Grade would be a tough gig for an 'outsider'. Most important skills seem to be people wrangling which would be infinitely more difficult being new to a club

I agree that C grade coaching is tough but our C grade coach last year was an "outsider" and he did a very good job. The gig is there for anyone ready to take it on and work with Wayne and the other coaches.
