Well you can count Centrals as a yes. I spoke to a member of the Glenelg coaching staff a couple of weeks ago and they said Glenelg were pushing the SANFL to introduce a cap, so they are in. Just need another 4 clubs.

While this will probably stop them being so strong, a weak Crows reserves team doesn't help the comp either IMO, just get them out....

Where are the 8 extra players coming from?
Why strip other local clubs of their best players?
P1ss them off to the AFL reserves.

Cap won't work

You can't tell me if the Crows or sport were deep in both finals and requested to use extra players because it's in their best interests the SANFL would bend over and allow it.
