With a medical certificate, or for the older blokes is fine by me in comps.
I try to keep myself reasonably fit. I can't say that when I play golf in a cart I get any kind of advantage, as I don't find it particularly taxing to walk. I am certainly not "exhausted" after walking say 15 holes, and the guy in the cart beats me home as a result. In fact I go for my 5 k morning run on a Saturday.... then go play golf. My shyte scores are a result of shyte play... nothing else.

I use my buggy all the time and it's not because of medical reasons. It's because it's too hard to carry an esky as well as push a buggy
