The North,South reserves game was a ripper.
North skipper Nic Dinham kicked a pressure goal in the dying minutes of the last quarter to get them over the line.
All players from both teams played well.

Bays played three out of four good quarters in the 18s yesterday to win through to the Grannie on Prelim final day at Adelaide oval. 2nd qtr we blew a 1/4 time lead to be 2 goals down at the half. 12 goal to 4 last half saw the deal sealed

In the North Sturt game, North just a little too polished and confident.

Will be a good game next week North v Eags in the prelim and Norwood v Eagles in the Ressies 2nd semi.

I'm a touch concerned about ressies 1st semi, the boys will need to lift.

As were Glenelg's last week. A league with concern for its clubs would have programmed both North games at the same venue and both Glenelg games at the same venue. Perhaps through programming both U18s at the same venue the league flagged that its priority is actually for the welfare of AFL talent scouts?
