Mal is right,if it was played at 12:40 today in bright sunshine Port would have a better chance of kicking 20+ goals, but the wind and rain suited the Edwards,Goodwin,McLeod's as they are older, harder bodies who can take more punishment and kick on.

The traps of having such a young side.

Regarding, just before the game started, you obviously new that the Crows would win?

WTF are you on about?

It heard chokos plan was to tag Goodwin with brogan
But it was more than a victory for Greece. It was a stirring example to free people throughout the world of what a few brave men can accomplish once they refuse to submit to tyranny.

I think the NBA draft has a draft lottery, why not have the same, it makes sense, it removes the element of clubs being rewarded for losing, that can only be good for the game

How can AFL players not be suited to any condition thrown up to them today?. I just think the crows were more prepared to throw there bodys in where the power are front runners and have to many players relie on cheap kicks out of the back or floating free in defence

I am interested in your view re Birdman, can you provide some clarity

I thought early he was winning his position up forward - then mummbles took him off for a rest and then it looked like we were not going to score at all.

Whilst he is on the ground some thing will always happen - good , bad , ugly and spectacular - and in all that a good player always must stand him.

For the fourth time, nobody has said the conditions did not suit Port, but they suited Adelaide more.Pretty simple.Should be easy to understand.

wet conditions mean that you have to put your head and body over the ball and win the stoppages and the 50 / 50 contested footy

as port are a team of dry track bullies and lack the capability to win the contested footy, if this means the conditions suited Adelaide

Well I totally agree

Correct every team thats misses the playoffs in the NBA gets a lottery shot at the No. 1 draft pick

That's what I was thinking of, a system like that. Except then the 7 teams that miss out on the no.1 pick are in another lottery for 2nd, then the 6 that miss out on those two are in a lottery for 3rd, etc.

The NBA lottery is only for the top 4 picks then it stops, so the bottom team is assured at least the 5th pick if their number doesnt come up in the lottery
