Clearly SAfooty has been a target of DDOS attacks from foreign hackers.
I've got word that Boon has been attacked by a hacker
Not a hacker...some blow in IT boffin in Auckland has waved the ban stick on SA Footy!
Currently putting him in his place. Hope to be back to normal transmission shortly. Posting from my phone sucks!

Watching Geelong v Richmond was painful enough without that 'Recorder' AAMI Ad. I could strangle Chris Scott and that Little Girl LOL.

Further to that "footy being soft" is not a suitable defence to someone breaking the rules.
2) "Everyone knows Sloaney is a really nice guy, and one of the fairest players in the AFL" ... umm yeah he probably is, but the fact he broke the rules is why he's in trouble! Being a "nice guy" or "one of the fairest in the AFL" doesn't make you exempt from penalty if you cross the line!

I think you'll find most people are upset about the Sloane suspension more due to the lack of consistency of the sentencing of these incidents. You have players deliberately striking their opponents and getting either a fine or getting off, but Sloane has a legitimate attempt to spoil the ball coming over the top and gets 2 games with a good record. Only got changed to one on early plea.

The game is teaching players to not go for a contest for fear of getting suspended, but instead grab a jumper and start punching their opponents chest or throat.
