Yeah plus Winter is brilliant in the ruck and runs all day, not easy to find big, athletic ruckmen around.

Mansell's a natural goal scorer, the kind of bloke who can have a shocker and still finish with four goals.

Totally agree, absolute jet!!! but EP imho have plenty of that type player, you could throw a blanket over the likes of Ian Williamson, Woody, Mozza Freeman, Ricky Keen, Troy Gatto etc, i feel like if they lost one of them there would be a natural replacement to take their place (albeit maybe not quite as a good as them)

The 5 i mentioned i believe are either point of differences in their side or free up other blokes to play roles there more suited to which is why i chucked Alex Clements in there.

Eastern park definitely have plenty of depth but i think some of the names above have been thrown in there just because of their name!

Clemmo can play any role he is given but is not a match winner, keeno has been playing B grade and he will be lucky to play A grade again this year unless injuries start taking over! Even gatto because he has only played 2-3 games but obviously still absolute class!

Winter, mansell, woodward, williamson and butler - but there would be 10 other blokes you could throw in there easily!

Winter is the most important athletic bigs who can dominate in the ruck and then go down fwd and kick bags of goals is irreplaceable

No arguments from me there in those 2 games. In some fairness those games we had depleted teams on the park.
