Melbourne & Freo tested us a fair bit.
First legitimate top 4 suitor since the crows.

Other then the Crows, none of the other teams you have played will make the 8.
Bris,Melb,Freo,GC.
Good to see where you are at.

Friday night. 1 v 2. 2 Melbourne clubs. Under a roof. Empty seats a plenty.

Ports 45,000 crowd gets questioned....

Terrible crowd for a top of the table clash. It's a North home game and they draw ordinary crowds anyway but heard this arvo that they had bumped up level 2 seats to over $70 a ticket. Poor form by them if true

Not sure how North can adjust ticket prices match day, plus we all know if everyone got the same sweet deal as Essendon at Etihad then crowd stats wouldn't be as big an issue.

Rubbish, plenty go there and love it. It's only Collingwood and Richmond fans who boycott it.

Reckon it runs a bit deeper than that... Whatever, I've only been once... I didn't mind it, but it ain't the G...

They have the variable ticket thingy now in Melbourne not sure who sets it though, probably the AFL not the clubs.
Etihad had to give us an amazing deal to move there otherwise we would of stayed at the MCG and Etihad would of potentially been a flop.

Nothing runs close to the G but Etihad is a good stadium. Hardly a bad seat in the place to view the game from and good facilities, when there is a good crowd in there the place really rocks. A couple of Hawks v Bombers games in recent years have been electric
