I wouldn't pay any attention to any scoreboard results in trial games. Teams always have stacks of players out, play them in different positions (play with 14 on the field), etc.

Probably wrong thread but I hope it gets passed on. Just want to say that Old Ignatians umpire in C3 today was outstanding and the league should maybe contact him to see if he wants to umpire higher grades. He was fair, knew the rules, kept up and communicated brilliantly with the players. He did a great job and made the game so much better to play in. Well done =D>

Umpires tend to get a bad wrap more often than not, this bloke was brilliant and deserves a good wrap

Had a look at the first three quarters of Portland Vs Old Iggies game at Portland on Saturday and Iggies were impressive, especially number 4 up forward. Portland losing Two Players in the first quarter wouldn't help there cause either but Portland also looked to have a few underdone players running around as well, do they have a few to come in or is it going to be a long season again for them?

Seems someone might be in a bit of hot water for playing with too many points last round.

Well it cant be half of the teams as college sides get away with 0 pointers due to their impeccable record keeping at school level ;)

Coach played for the Crows, doesn't have a radio show. Apparently 3 forced points related changes this weekend.

Made all the more obvious by the fact that their scores have been wiped for last weeks game.

Still, as The Big Shrek can attest, you're better off getting stung in round 1 rather than halfway through the year!

Over the points. Bring back Rocket. I'm sure there is an explanation.

Was looking forward to rockets response. Considering he was so against any other club making mistakes. Chics lost 8 points and didn't stop that train. However we were pretty Fricken good.
Honest mistake by the sounds but going on precedence the league love the power and will throw the book with out listening.
