They need to play him on the ball again. Trying to play him up forward doesn't work.

Kid is a ball magnet and contested ball beast. Get him in there to help stop Viney and Jones doing what they want in close.

Loopholed! A nice warm up game before the real game starts. Ran around in second gear all day. Won't be quite so happy when Fyfe smashes it tomorrow but it's Pendles that's let the side down.

On the basis he would spend a fair bit of time in the midfield, potential for consistent 90+ scores was there, but seems like he'll be up forward a bit, at least until Cameron is back.

Fremantle have spudded up. Fyfe and Barlow 61 each. Pretty happy with that as I went Ablett and Hall.

Pendles, then Fyfe and Barlow... Disappointing start, thankfully no league games!

1741 with Yeo, Blix, McCarthy , Paddy and Duncan to come. Not so good in DT after Swanny's donut.

Scored 2308 and all done. Pretty good start. Had Houli, Barlow, Pendles and Shaw let me down but some good rookie scores plus some big numbers from GAJ, NicNat, Ward plus inspired picks of Johannisen and Hall killing it.

Happy with that start!

Reckon Vineyard is more of a DT prospect. Went for Duncan instead.

Johanissen a great selection. Was on my radar but went Yeo instead.

Watching the bullies play there is so much drive from half back and JJ is a piercing kick with lots of pace. He'll play through the mids too so should score well. Gee wiz the doggies are exciting!

Until they start tagging him like every other creative half back, I wont be rushing to bring him in

The thing with the dogs is we have so many creative half backs. Murphy and now Suckling are elite kicks so we have plenty of avenues to get out. Most teams have one defensive forward so you can't shut them all down! If JJ rotates through the mids more (started on the wing i reckon!) Then he'll be great value.
