Salisbury is a club that does not pay a crap load of cash to players to try and buy loyalty. The Committee must have thought that they may struggle going up into div 3 as they did not have the resources. Im sure Pag thought they could handle div 3 but they could not and would have probably did more damage then good

its easy to have cheap shots at a club but i think salisbury did the right thing.........

if people wanna cry send a email to the league and ask them to change the ruling

I don't understand why not paying players and not having resources is some sort of badge of honour!?... putting aside all the issue with clubs unable to do it sustainably and generally irresponsible and horrendous administration.

Engage more volunteers, work harder, acquire more resources.

Yeah true except for their CHB i think he was no 15 he was a big unit he will be a big loss and with Jolly at the Crows that's 2 big out's.

Jolly and Fleming will both be huge outs, B&F winner and 4th place respectively, but one is trying to further himself as a footballer and the other has a wife and new home to think of so work has to come first. We all love both guys and hope we see them in black and white again soon.

Minion Master yes it will be a tough year at Para Hills, yes the "new Coach" just didn't work out the way the club wanted but they will bounce back, sounds like you know the previous coach quite well

don't know why your shocked, I do know him as do quite a lot of other posters on here do and yes he did tell me the reasons the club and he parted ways, didn't think this is any big secret and 1 of them was the players leaving issue which really is pretty lame hanging this on him as the clearances were happening before he was appointed and are still going in after he has gone.
But I don't wish PH any malice and hope they can hold it together and bounce back but staying in Div 4 is just crazy.

If you don't wish any malice on Para Hills then stop posting crap. From what I am hearing it was more about the players that didn't want to play rather than the ones that have left.

How is it crap, without going into clearances to check the most recent ones, I believe Faulkner & 1 other A grader have now left because the coach is gone and were only staying because of him, so stop trying to get people to swallow what your shovelling.
I suppose with the coach gone facts speak louder than words and training numbers have obviously swelled to over 20?

Just because the clearances have come in since the coach has gone doesn't mean they hadn't decided to leave before that. I am lead to believe that Faulkner only trained at Para Hills once during pre-season so I would hardly say he left because the coach got moved on. EP been very quiet, no idea how they have gone in their trials. Actually the same could be said for numerous teams in this division. Information is scarce and I dare say there will be a few surprises in the first few rounds.

EP will be right, right up there. Had some injuries to their best players down the stretch last year which hurt them, will always win at least 8 at home and add in Butler, Winter etc to a side that finished the minor round in the top 4 and that puts them pretty close to the top of the tree.
