Well done. You know what they say - "bite off more than you can chew, and then chew like buggery." Life's too short to sit around scratching your arse.

Thats awesome mate...

I'm working full time, playing taxi service to 2 young boys and their sporting commitments and also studying part time a Bachelor of Education (Secondary Business) via external study through the University of New England.

Its hard to motivate yourself at times but just keep on working hard. You'll get there.

That sounds like an interesting course. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition part-time. I have almost completed all the subjects that I can do online, so it's going to start getting harder for me. How do you tell your employer that you want to take annual leave to study something that has nothing to do with your job!!

Good luck. Hope you enjoy it.

My employer didn't want a bar of me studying a very job relevant Master degree. Deferred semester one to overcome my anger and figure out next move.

Good luck HH3, takes a bit of guts to commit to a career change.

I completed my Bachelor of Accounting through Open Uni. Did the first 1 year part time (over two years) and thought stuff this, so went full time study along with full time work.

My method was, focus on the assignments/required work and then cram the week before for the exams. They usually tell you what areas you need to know for the exams.

Hardest thing with Open Uni is that it's never ending (unless you don't enrol for a study period). Exam week was always the first week of the next subject. No uni holiday breaks, assignments due between Christmas & New Years. Time management is pretty important.

Good luck.

Getting a great win today in our last game of cricket knocking off the top side (Belair). Great win to end our inconsistent season and celebrating it very well with lots of beers.
