Try growing up in Darwin without air-con.

Drink more water, you'll be right, and turn the fan up!!

No thanks.
Do all of that, just hate the humidity.
I am a runner so it screws with your training also...ever tried running in near 100% humidity!

Spent 13 years of my life doing it as a kid and then playing and working in sport up there.

Hydrate, it is actually good for your training, a bit like altitude, as it overloads your central and peripheral CV system. Acclimatisation to heat and humidity increases SV, mitochondrial enzymes etc. Key is to hydrate pre and postt session and recover properly post exercise.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

My gym is in a big ten shed, with very poorly located AC. Last nights training session was ridiculous - sopping wet and guzzling down the water.

Looks like we are about to get smashed on the radar....however, we know it often dies when it hits the mainland.

It is coming from the S/SW though, so it might "miss" the ranges a little and his the 'burbs.

The city has dived into darkness, it feels like 2-33am not pm
The rain is coming down sideways in all directions
The thunderous claps are deafening
The lightning at least gives out a glimpse of light
