There is a reason Zaka isn't in the leadership group, has zero leadership skills and is quieter than a church mouse. New recruits like Francis and Parish are more vocal than him on the track. Zaka also isn't a fan of putting his head over the ball.
Goddard was by far the best choice, most players love him. Even though he can seem like a flog at times he is just so passionate and a professional. He is always the last off the track at trainings and if he he plays poorly he is the first to put his hand up and demand an extra training session. He leads the young men at the club well and is a good teacher. People only see a part of him during games, does plenty behind the scenes also
