Champion cyclist Rohan Dennis comment this morning....

"Do you know what grinds my gears. When I see cyclists riding 3 or 4 abreast. It's people like you who cause car drivers to hate us"

So true

Getting recognised by the 2nd richest woman in Australia, she made a beeline for me, struck up a conversation and gave me a Christmas greeting.

I am in love. She is so down to earth.

Earlier this year I reckon, we chatted briefly as she was going through the office, this time it was a deliberate conversation.

She's only human.

The Indoor League, hosted by Fred Trueman.

Why do I rate this?

- the Yorkshire TV card at the start - brings back memories of being a kid watching English TV shows on the ABC in the late 70s and early 80s;
- The porno-organ theme music;
- Fred Trueman's groovy wardrobe, but not too groovy because he's from up North;
- Fred Trueman walking on set holding a pint of beer and a pipe;
- Fred Trueman's greeting of "How'then";
- Fred Trueman's dismissive tone for anything "South of Trent";
- The fact that it's a show dedicated to 'pub sports', such as darts, bar billiards, shove ha'penny and table skittles; and
- Fred Trueman's occasional sipping of his pint during his links.
