Mate, Kenna is not a dud. One of the best in the comp. Let's hope the reasons for his departure are as stated.

A real loss to the SANFL.

Now there is seriously no reason whatsoever to watch South.

Steven Kenna from a non south supporter was great to watch.
Can hold his head up with pride for his performances on field

I feel sick....

People can make their jokes and quietly enjoy watching South suffer, but even if only for the law of averages, poor bastards like me deserve some success.....
Hi, My name is Ron 'Bluey' Dunn. Did you know I played in the 61 & 62 Tasman Premiership sides....

2005 - Port Melbourne. Kenna goal gives SANFL a 2 point victory over the VFL.

Good enough for me.

Yes a good player he was....bad luck just what the Panters did not need right now.
Was starting a list of dud Norwood recruits...interstate...and only got as far as John Gorgio.
We have been lucky...well maybe good judgement...in that department.

My club, Port has had their fair share of duds of late.....but with regard to Norwood, i'd say Robbie Ahmat who had a reasonable AFL career turned out to be a real dud with the Redlegs.

Yes, but it was a bit hollow getting Norwood 40+ @ $4.50 last week.....

Contracts dont mean nothing these days (look at the AFL).
If the coach is there next year, well, I think it could be a disaster!
Up to 15 are planning to leave.
The coach is the one accountable to getting the players at the club.
As Pagan stated this week "The buck stops with the coach".

WCP - yeah mate, all this is making me ill too!!! :vom:

Seems for the 4 years Pyman has been at the club, year after year, it gets cleaned out!

Don't be surprsied to see Kenna back in the SANFL as soon as next year. There is a club north of Adelaide who will have two champions retiring at the end of the year. This will free up massive salary cap space and apparently both parties are keen to make to move at the beginning of next season. Heard on good authority.
