Types of Pre-Season Trainings

Post by Bombers4EVA »

So now that some or many clubs are getting into pre-season training (whether that be before or after xmas). What type of training sessions do your clubs do? Lots of running with little ball work? Strength and conditioning with ball work? Lots of running using ball orientated drills? Any other drills?

Personally, I like to repeatedly lift things and put them down.

I like standing on the bar watching other people train while ostensibly having "committee meetings" of which no records are ever kept nor decisions taken.
