Surely points would be worked out the same way they are for the other 7 clubs? % of wins over past 4 years. Cant see any alternative since they would come under apfl constitution and by laws.

Last three years wins are 1, 14 and 6
Add in a 4th year and i think you have your answer. Guessing from that and depending on the 4th year somewhere around 12 would seem appropriate.
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!

At a much lower level though - surely that is taken into consideration.
Would the addition of AV result in a change of the 'local player' boundary for the league, i.e. would it extend any further south? I have never seen a map.

Do boundaries still exist? I know once upon a time Curtis Road was the southern boundary.

Do you want one set of rules or 2? Where do you want to draw the line? They want to enter our comp, play by our existing rules.

No such thing as local player. All points.

I guess if wins against Hamley Bridge this season are considered the argument about "much lower level" is largely irrelevant. No offence to the Bombers intended either.

That's what I thought, my address used to come in handy for a few players back in the day.
