My tip would be Ned seccafien and closely behind would be Osborn and Robertson.

Re: Adelaide Plains Football League
Just had to look at my tips for all the winners over the weekend apart from Sundays Junior colts
I didn't go Saturday but went and watched yesterday at Hamley. Only watched the first half of the A Grade before watching the Netball, but was a good game for about a quarter until Mallala took complete control.
Its always interesting watching games as a neutral and judging the umpiring when you don't have any emotion to either side. Sometimes you realise that they are not that bad. That didn't happen yesterday in the half that I watched though, they were pretty average and I hope those 2 do not umpire a Grand Final (or the prelim this week) as they have a high potential to ruin the game.
The positives were I was watching them warm up before the game, and they both bounced the ball incredibly well and didn't make an error. If these guys can bounce the ball like that consistently I would love to see them bring that into our game for those that are confident enough to have a crack at it!
I would expect Mallala to beat Two Wells this week as I can see them winning the flag from here.

Brad Robertson would have 6 votes against us, not sure how many he got against the other teams but that is a good start. I'll back him in.
In the B Grade maybe a Coleman / Johnstone tie
17's I reckon the Studham lad from Hummocks will get enough votes as a stand out in a poor side.
14's after watching him dominate 4 times (including yesterday) Henry McCabe from Hamley will win or go very close.

Well done to the winners on the weekend, if Hummocks can hold onto the core of that group with a couple more they will be right up there next year, had to laugh at the gate watching security, take booze from a car(the idiot should know by now not too bring it) and put it into his, good way to save money Ha Ha , should be a cracker day at Longies on Saturday, going to be a warm day, always good for a decent feed,
What about the security on the exit gate getting cold so they decided to light a fire! Only problem for them was that it was blowing smoke all over the Netball courts and they soon got told to put the fire out!

I think Ned will win, hoping Farrelly gets a few votes. Been super consistent as dominant big man all year.
Robertson another big chance.

I think Luke Barnett will win the 14s by the length of the straight. Leading goal kicker by 10 goals from the midfield. Will be hard to beat.

But retaining their juniors in NEMJFL - sounds a bit like Edwardstown joining the SFL

Angle Vale Netball Club yet to decide if they want to join APNA...
- Surely the league won't allow AVFC to join without a netball club?
- How can the clubs vote on AVFC's entry if it's not known if they will have any netball teams?

I'm sure all factors will be considered and all the cards will be laid out on the table for the member clubs to vote.

I doubt the clubs would actually vote on this. My vauge recollection is an Independant Tribunal assesses the application and provides a recommendation to the board. I would expect the APFL board would provide rationale to it's decision, but not needing club approval. I'd also think the CFL will need to rubber stamp it.

Just let them in! Surely all these issues can be worked out. The main point is this league needs another team. If we dont take them in now we may not get another chance with them. Worst case scenario is, is that it doesnt work and they go back to SAAFL in a few seasons. So what?, at least we/they tried. With all these junior numbers they have, i think it will work in the long run. Especially when parents realise that country footy is way more family friendly than SAAFL.

If that is the case then I guess there is no option than to accept Angle Vale, and to start approaching clubs like Smithfield etc
