Tassie makes mental note to find all old Camry Choker emails and photo shop Ford badges over the Toyota badges and change red and gold clours to white in case Geelong fold in the finals again.....like they usually do.....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Gee the lid IS coming off.....

You should be over here right now (Victoria) as I said in Nhill its a toss up which club is most popular Geelong or Essendon (old Ess zone) and the Geelong supporters are starting to get very excited and very vocal....

The thing that worries me about the Final 8 is you can come top, have a great first week, get a week off, get rusty, have one off day and you're out.
Its a real shame that the 2nd team gets exactly the same advantages especially on years like this year when the 2nd team wont be close.
At least in the SANFL Top 5 the top side can have one bad week off but still get it all back together and win the thing.

Yes, the Bombers found that out in 1999 when the so-called 'team of the century' got done in by Carlton in the prelim final. We missed out on the dream GF match-up of Essendon v North Melb at the time.

Did anyone se the Cooney report? I turned over to see the ump talking to Ling saying Cooney was reported and Ling firing up because he thought he was on report. Typical shit coverage from C7 meant no replay.

Agreed, Channel 7's coverage is crap, always has been too.
Bring back C9.
Sad part about it is if in 5 years C9 do have it you'll have a heap of retards with no memories swearing that C7 covered the Friday night games live.
At least when C9 had it all 8 games were covered by FTA or Fox unlike this year, its a joke.
Not to mention Bruce's commentary, lovely bloke but worse commentator ever.

They did show a replay. A few times. There was nothing in it. A little jab to the guts.

How good is Gary Ablett..........h would only be 21 ? superstar of the highest order in the making.

i also really enjoyed the smother half way through the 2nd qtr by I think Milburn ?

Cats are a joy to watch, hopefully other teams pay attention that attacking footy can win games.
