Quite simply the best thing the AFL has ever done...

Check out these footy cards...

Proof that those at AFL House do have a sense of humour (if their umpiring appointments hadn't already convinced you of that fact).

True, but I flatly refuse to post on the AFL boards.

It's tantamount to prostituting myself...

I remain vindicated.

I'm with you Fatal.

Some serious SANFL connections with the players featured in the cards.

Schimma - the Darryl Schimmelbush Park

Colin Graham - Sturt recruit in 1985 joining a long list of average VFL recruits to Unley in that period - Gumley, Delahunty, Barbary.

LOL @ your pic...

Maybe it's a bit ostrich-like, but seriously the AFL leaves me cold. I have not sat down to watch one whole game yet this winter. If I do watch some play I just end up shouting at the umpiring. And not because they are not favouring "my side", but just because they get half their decisions wrong and the other half are just made up. I do admire players like Hird, and I enjoy watching the Hawks play from the little I've seen of them this year, but, nup... just gets me annoyed...

You are missing out FA, there have been some great AFL games this season - great examples of footy at the highest level.
