Some interesting points – - 6 changes for Rosewater from previous week - one of the changes I think played in the B’s against BOS - Blackfriars only 1 player away from full strength - more than 1 away from full strength - an ‘over the top’ celebration after the final siren - if you call shaking hands and saying well played plus a few players having a laugh about a BOS players snap shot that went wayward as being an over the top celebration then that is probably a correct statement
In the wash up it is the same as what happened in 2014. BOS lose at home early in the season and Rosewater lose at home late in the season. On the respective days both teams beaten by a better side.
Good to see someone reads my newsletter. 6 changes is 6 changes? The outs were Giuffreda, Schar, Jacobsen, Batchelor, Mahney and Arthur Who is missing from your best side? I never noticed an over the top celebration but as soon as that siren went I was Spot on about the last bit.
Always like to keep up with what's going on around the traps. If you are undermanned you wouldn't put an A grader from the previous week back in the 2's though would you unless he had to be somewhere else later in the day ... Heaps mate .. well actually at least 2 premiership players from '14, a ruckman from this year and CHF from last year who did a knee early in the season Nice facilities for a bevvy but you've gotta do something about the sand pits, bit unstable in there.
Only 4 out, what a luxury.
All we can do about the oval is complain to the council, and we do it incessantly.
Don't know about luxury. I think it's about management and playing it smart. There's a bit of luck to injuries but it's more about not being reliant on particular players in particular roles. Flexibility with your depth is the key. So if Rosewater had 6 players out then 6 players should just be able to step in to those roles. Maybe there's a requirement of the 'old' coach to be more of a forward thinker or is that difficult when your memory is fading or is it that players are just not doing what they need to with recovery etc to get themselves up because they've lost the drive? The best prepared and maintained squads are generally the ones left standing when it counts.
Mr Beefy wrote:The statement was that there was 6 changes from previous week, not 6 players out, is that difficult for you to understand??
But to make 6x changes means 6x players must go out - unless you're talking positional restructuring?
I was thinking the same thing Zartan. I think Beefy might be trying to say that they had 6 changes from the previous week but many more out of action so this was just adding to their issues with fielding a good enough side. I could be wrong.

As you pointed out, one of the 6 outs played B grade, so that would be 5 unavailable from previous week - not 6

cbc v phfc in rd 18 to decide who finishes 3rd?..the loss for rosewater to the struggling cats was a shock result and may have cost them a finals spot..
Maybe a big crisis meeting at Rosewater tonight I hear. Please explain maybe being issued after Rosies shock loss on the weekend...is the "DIFF' in trouble?

So BOS going to win the GF again then Sprint?
Long way to go mighty but if top spot can be held then in with a good chance to get to the big dance and then anything can happen.
