Re: Abbott/Liberal Govt Watch
Here kid, stand with this head so I can take a photo. Is that "involved" ?
Does the kid have a choice in the matter?
The whole thing is absolutely repulsive but that doesn't mean you should hang kids out to dry for the sins of their father

these kids were taken over there, then seen on the news holding severed heads in photos, under the guidance of their scum terrorist father. They CAN see this as ok , then come back to australia and MAYBE do the same in the future thinking its the norm .
So I'll ask you again. Should the children of murderers, rapists, child molesters be punished? They CAN see this as ok and MAYBE do the same in the future.
If they were also involved in the murder, like these kids were, then yes.
Were they? This has been established in a court of law?

Such a beautiful straw man you have constructed
Still waiting on your reply to the post of yours of "should the children of murderers and rapists be punished " , when they are not participating in the act of their guardian or parent , that this is the same of a what the children have done ... Participated in this act ( which in my mind and plenty of others ) would agree that they in the future would think this is ok as they were involved . As to how this is relevant .
But I'm sure I won't get a response , like usual ... You will suddenly go offline for days , or just not post in the topic .
Waiting.... Waiting

Re: Abbott/Liberal Govt Watch
I might be wrong but kids under the age of 10 can't be charged with a crime? Is that true?

Just the whole premise that you think the child is not also a victim is pretty disgusting to me tbh

Yeah " holding a severed head and particiate in the act whether forced or not ", which in the future POSSIBLY they look at this and think its ok to do so, as they were involved, is the same as a rapist in this country or a murderer and the child of that person not participating and being told your father/mother has done wrong .

Dude, they're just kids who had no say in where they were taken.
Well i guess you are the one out of 100 people surveyed that will allow this to happen. Go onto any facebook page or social media page and see if anyone agrees with you........
The day I go to facebook for an expert opinion is the day after I have a lobotomy.
I never said "because it is on facebook its the truth or an expert opinion". I said - have a look at facebook or social media and this will show/prove i am not the only one thinking this.
Again, another twisting things to make them look correct

Ah so now you punish them based on what they might potentially do in the future and not based on them committing any crime.
You are pretty much describing persecution.
Glad I don't live in the society you have conjured up.

I'm not sure what your point is? More than one person can hold delusional undemocratic and unlawful beliefs

You posted - Should a child of a rapist or murderer be punished in this country where this criminal act has taken place, because i am saying these children should not be let back into the country because they have participated in this act, wheteher or not forced
I posted - this is not relevant because these acts of rape or murders do not involve the child or children of the criminal act , and can not see a relevance
I am yet to see a reply................

Re: Abbott/Liberal Govt Watch
What if the child was present and/or coerced to be involved too? In Australia? This is irrelevant because children cannot be convicted under law. Something you haven't addressed.

If a child is forced into a criminal act, it shouldn't be the child who is punished.

maybe so, maybe not. My opinion is different, and yes it is the same to others ( not saying facebook is the correct answer as you said i did mean that, maybe not those words but close to it }, but reading these pages and news reports most say they should not be let back in.
Maybe i am wrong, maybe not . Its my opinion and no one elses. But i am explaining that more then most see it my way
I am still waiting on bennys reply on how a rapist or murder with the child not involved, is the same as a child being involved and the punishments for that

For the third time - because you can't hold a child responsible for a crime they participated in as they are legally not assumed to be able to make an independent decision.

Yes, it looks as though it is and to be honest I'm not quite sure why benny and Q. are bothering.

Bully, I think it's wrong to assume that people who comment on the Reclaim Australia Facebook page or on Daily Telegraph news articles somehow constitutes the opinion of 'most' people in Australia
