For his own ambitions he needs to go as much id love to keep him. Wants to be Spains keeper at next WC and the Spanish keepers job is usually given to the Real Madrid keeper. A lot of politics in the Spanish national side

De Gea can leave as a free transfer in 8 months so if his heart is set on leaving we may aswell take the 40 mill for him now.
Bale would be an awesome fit at United, still think we would be paying overs for him but he is exactly what we need

Every year rumours fly about Asmir Begovic but i reckon this might be the year for him to go. If de Gea goes then United could go at him, if Cech goes then Chelsea could but not sure he'd want to be #2 there. Apparently serie A could be a destination too with milan and inter IIRC

We have Valdes, would love to see him get first crack if De Gea goes but Begovic would definately be on the radar for plenty of sides

It would be disappointing to see him go but he hasnt been at his best this year and Butland has seemed to step up.

Cech was on our radar for a while before we signed Qzil and Jose caught wind of what we were doing or trying and then canned it

Will be interesting to see where Sterling ends up, by all reports Arsenal are keen on him, and City have been in the past so they might come in for him also. There's been talk of Spain and Germany too. Probably a useful player in a better team than ours, but I still think he's got limitations to his game that I can't see him overcoming. Anyway, hopefully we get some solid coin for him.

Start of the season he nearly had me fooled into thinking he was worth an extension. But since being 4th at Xmas. We have been worse than our relegation years. Clearly time for a change.

Linked with some big names, so the ambition of the owners is awesome, with the new stadium coming up, you never know.
But being west ham, I'm fully prepared for another Avram Grant style let down. Or redknapp to come twitch everything up again.
