Have heard Matty Leigh will do this week as for a coach to take over have heard of a couple of people but that's up to the lodge to tell all. Hopefully the club can find who they think will lead the club forward and move on. Will not be the great Carey though as he is going to peace for 6 weeks to help on his wife's family farm..

It taught me to work harder, get credentials and listen to the natives. I still have massive respect for the club that sacked me because they showed enormous character and did it to my face. I still pick up the Mail every Sunday and see how they are going. That was 10 years ago.
So credit to them, I've coached 2 premierships and been involved with 2 others since then. Thank you.
Great post.
You're my only friend, and you don't even like me.

Send it to me, I'll get it to someone on the inside. I'll be seeing them tomorrow night

So how did the club go after they sacked you?
They didn't win another game but they have since worked very hard and become strong again. Good on them, frankly when I calmed down and reflected on it they made the right decision as I was clearly the wrong person in the wrong place.

That didn't take long - sack the coach on a Tuesday and appoint the new coach by Thursday,,,,,,,,,Interesting. So If i was a betting man maybe they had a coach ready to go before you sacked the current coach.
I see Andy Carr has been playing for Mawsons. He was by far the best of the 3 brothers and noticed Justin Carr cleared to play their but hasn't played a game yet. They generally are a family package including mum and dad.

Mawsons have been widely regarded as a bottom 2 side this year given the outs, but looking on paper they still have quite a formidable side.. Kennett Carr Delbridge Bruce-Gordon Ralph Wills Keast Ung King
Not a bad core group.. I think they may upset TOS..
