I played Div 5 A's, so its a definite "yes".

Round one officially locked in now.

Wood sth v Luthies on the firday night shapes to be a big game. Will know much more about woody sth post Clifford etc. after the result. Would have to say luthies at this point i think.
Rosies v Greenies Two teams that i think will be pretty evenly matched during the year, Greenies have lost a couple but also gained some quality, rosies have a long list of ins and i'm leaning towards them for favoritism in this one.
Pultney V Elizabeth Will be the most one sided game of the round i think. Elizabth to open their 2015 account easily.
CLG V CBOC Will be very good to see where we are at against a team im picking to play finals this year. I rekon, at home with hopefully a big crowd behind us that we can get the win!
BOS v Para Hills Para Hills are a bit of an unknown for me, were poor away but fantastic at home last year and look to have added some talent in. BOS i think will be middle of the pack fighting for the last finals spot i think and so im going with Para hills to get the win here by a small margin.

Thoughts?

I'd go-
Woodville South- They'll go alright in Div 5 again. Thinking (more so hoping) Adelaide Lutheran will be bottom two this season.
Rosewater- Hard to pick, would just go Rosies, don't rate Greenacres but do have some highly rated ins so might improve.
Elizabeth- The Eagles will be top 2 I reckon. Should smash Pulteney.
CLG- Same as Eliz, top 2. Should account for CBC at home who will be top 4 also.
Para Hills- I expect them to improve this year. Will be a close game.

Both teams have depleted line ups and the 6 stanza's will be a mixture of C's & B's, then B's & A's.

Great hit out with Peake yesterday at Mortlock played in good spirits on a friggen hot day. Both sides missing a few and we had a few go over and play for them late but some good signs for both clubs. Rigney has still got it and their ruckman is a massive unit, they had some quality mids also and some of their younger kids looked OK. We were just happy to get through the game without injuries and look forward to our Mitcham trial this week.

They looked ok apparently but had heaps out and those that did play were a little bit underdone.

pulteney fc have just pulled out of the trial we had arranged with them weeks ago..

lockleys fc is now looking for a replacement club to play..the chances are slim but we have to ask..A and B grade at rutland avenue saturday afternoon..we would prefer to not play anyone from division 6..if you are interested please pm me..

err..yeah she did send me one actually..hence i found the correct place to do it and deleted the ones that i could..but BFG was very quick replying on this particular forum and it couldnt be deleted..
