Golfshot says my handicap is 18.1, using the old method. We do have a few rules that would significantly increase that though (but increase enjoyment for a casual round)
1. If you can't find evidence of that shot taking place, it never happened. Seeing the ball sailing 30m oob or into water is not evidence if the ball can't be produced.
2. 30 second rule. If you can run and get it and put it on the tee in 30 seconds the shot didn't count. Can also me modified to "let's all take our tee shots again" if everyone hits a bad one
3. We also usually don't worry about provisionals etc. if you can't find a call we usually just drop a ball down roughly where we think it was.
So reckon I would actually be high 20s if I had to worry about it
The other rule is no matter how many shots I am up on @dissident I'll always lose. 4 shots in 3 holes is probably the record in that.
Did equal his 85 though the other day even though he had three birdies and an eagle and I had zero of either.
