Yep, one day he complained to me for getting an F.A.D that he didn't feel that he deserved, he asked me to talk to the other umpire at half time about it.
Patted me on the arse on his way past another time for calling a free kick against the opposition ruckman for taking his eye off the ball during a ruck contest.

A few guys at Gepps say they have a new coach from NSW. Does anyone know his name? They said Chris Radetti is new Gaza coach. Good for Gaza. He was good at PNU and a good guy at the club

Paul James is his name. Spent the last 5-6 years at NEAFL club Queanbeyan and has previously worked at VFL clubs Port Melbourne & Werribee. Looks to have a strong emphasis on strength & conditioning.

Great bloke, gutsy call to take on a playing (I presume) Coach role in Div 2 for a proud club like Gaza. Good luck to him, hope he makes a good go of it.

Often took the kick out of the square.......dropping it closer to the middle than not when called upon. Appears to move like molasses but sublime skills in getting rid of the ball and effectively bringing other players into the game around him. Won our B & F as posted as well as 4th in the Div 2 Medal count rates him highly notwithstanding his 38 years....

I reckon he spent more time at HWE complaining to umps then playing footy. Couldn't believe the amount of arguing he'd do with the umps

Don't know if Chris has been appointed, it was just all the talk that Chris had the job at Gaza. When at PNU he was good and looked like he would coach one day. Good luck to him if what was said, turns out correct, He will make a terrific coach if he gets it. Good for Gaza.

I think Chris Radetti would be a great coach, but I don't think he will do it. Anyone on here from Gaza that can confirm he is in the running? Or just rumour at this stage?

Spoke to a few guys tonight who play at Gaza and Chris has apparently applied to be coach at Gaza. Gaza guys said Chris and Danny Ryan (former Greenacres coach) have applied.

He was coaching at Greenacres in 2008 when we beat them in a GF.

Any word from Walkerville? Cock still coaching
I know fisher is leaving due to work and moving, and have also heard many others are leaving the cattery.
Would make it hard with no money around the place

Fisher I would rate in their top 3 and clearly their best forward. If they lose either Parish or Ryan as well......kicking a winning score could be problematic for the Cats next season unless they can find (or can afford as you suggest) a key forward.......

Have been told Parish is one to chase, him and Spry from Greenacres are testing the water around the place as a pair, may be able to bring 2 or 3 with them. Maybe Blackfriars?
