I recommend the opposite, feed her on the way down for landing- that is what really gives the kiddies ears troubles.

Went out for my first taste of Gaelic...and i like it.
Also, my first sport since the highly publicised collar bone injury.
Think i pulled my groin* but still happy to be running around again.
