With only one week to go it looks as though there will be three Hogg Leagues in the top one hundred, and maybe, one Hogg League in the top 50.
Well done to the Adelaide Crows as they became the first team in the Hogg to crack the 50k mark. They are about a week ahead of the rest of us and quite a few weeks ahead of the most of us. The carnage in recent weeks have seen quite a shake up with Buddy Franklin tumbling out of the Hogg Elite qualification zone all the way down to number 28 in the rankings. Other teams currently inside the top 18 in damage control mode include Darksiders, JimsTigerRoos and Bens Rolfsburgers. Only one week to hang on lads.
very interesting rankings. i have only moved up 3 places since last week to 30 but i was 800 off 18th now just 400. Seems alot of teams falter at this time of the year.
Whilst I dont think I have a hope in hell of getting to top 18th this week it is possible for someone to come from the clouds and make it I reckon

It was a very good finish to the Hogg season with our three best leagues going very well when the shit started to hit the fan about Round 18. Hogg Elite managed to fit inside the top 50 and I reckon with spuds like me gone next year that the Elite league will go even better next year.
Apologies for the delay, had a few net issues and no way was I typing out all this stuff on a tablet LOL.
Congratulations to the mighty Adelaide Crows. What a season tally over 52000 points that's a fair effort. The Crows have had the overall season rankings wrapped up for a while now so more interest might have been around which teams were going to qualify for Hogg Elite next season. In what has to rank as one of the greatest comebacks of all time, MILLER MOSQUITOES came from absolutely nowhere to retain his spot in the top league in the Hogg.
Hondo is the reigning Elite premier and he'll be back to defend his title next year. This year Elite finished 47 but if you look at the teams that finished top eighteen this year next season we'll go even better.
Congrats to all the highly rated teams and bad luck to Mustangs who lost their traditional place in the pecking order but the MightyEags just blew too hard.
I got caught at the end having been more on the aggressive side with the trades earlier on. While I think the end of season carnage was way OTT to what normally happens I do think I need to get a better balance next year.
From R20 when I had a full side and good cover on each line I lost 4 premium midfielders and could only cover one. I lost Billings as my MPP cover and then had single game late outs on Dusty, Pavlich, Murphy and Buddy over the last 2 weeks.
First season focusing on supercoach and the Hogg, so didn't at all expect to be able to come top overall, very happy with the season overall, last couple weeks were average and stopped me from potentially pushing into the top 50 overall in supercoach but definitely looking to the challenge of ELITE next season.
