Probably more relevant for the Grand Final, but I'm looking forward to all the Power bandwagoners being outraged when they play the Swans club song as the team come out.

Which club song do they play when you guys run out?

Well....not now, of course.

The same one for the league as for the reserves?

Some fans will be in for a shock I think...

So do the Magpie fans, as the Power's reserve team, get a song from a slightly lower ranked Aussie band from the mid 90s to sing as they run out?

Something by The Cockroaches maybe.

Mighty Flying Eagles or something? My point isn't that it's unoriginal, it's that many Power fans will be surprised when they hear the Magpies song.

Surprised to hear the Magpies song at the Magpies game... :D You Eagles fans take "special" to another level, don't you?

Starting to see why LPH had no trouble jumping ship. Fuller, holden....

Lol most of the Power fans have never been to a 'Magpies' game. You know this as well as I do. Half of them don't have a clue, and will think they've screwed up by playing the Swans song instead of the Power one. It'll take some getting used to...

Most Power fans have never been to a Magpies game? I guess you don't use Neilsen to do your surveys.

Cripes, wait until ol' JTC gets a hold of this sweeping generalisation.

No generalization. When was the last time the Magpies got a crowd half the size of the Power's last crowd?

So they didn't attend the last game, or have never been. Which one?

RB might have a point here, surely there couldn't be that many people without fathers and teeth?

RB does have a good point.

Come on Booney. It isn't rocket science.

What is the Power membership. I don't know but let's call it 50k
What is the average attendance at a Port Sanfl game over the last 20 years. Let's say 3 - 3.5k
How many of those would be away supporters? Say 500 - 1k
How many of the Port supporters would be die hard Maggie fans who go every week? More than 2 - 2.5k
How many of the remainder would be casual walk on fans, neutrals etc

I'd say RB's' claim is quite valid.
