What positions with the APFL would that be?

Was Hamleys 40 goal effort the first 40 goal haul since the Roseworthy days? I don't even remember Hamley or Two Wells conceding 40 goals during their dark days in the last 10-15 years?
Top 2 teams now set with minor premiership probably decided on the last round. It'll be interesting to see how they approach that game given they'll play again the week after.
Balaklava look most vunerable to drop out with a bye to come and poor percentage. It'll be about a 140 point difference needed to be made up against HWE this week. Not impossible.
If Virginia drop this weeks game to Hamley then it could come down the the last round game TW/Virg

I recall Two Wells and Balaklava kicking a 30+ goal game against us a few years back. I think we conceded 34-35 goals against Balaklava in 2010 or 2011

There was a big game in 2000 when Oliver kicked 23, can't remember the team total, might of been around 38, I kicked 1
In 2011 there was a high scoring game at HB where Dawson and Brice both kicked 7 or 8 each

Actually, correction on the percentage. Balak would need around 550 points (For) without an 'Against' score to catch TW as it is now. With only HWE and Mallala to play, it can't really be done even if TW cops some floggings.
Therefore Balak need to win both games and hope that TW lose one, or win one game (against HWE) and hope that TW lose both Malala and Virg games.

From HB I would have Dowdell-Ruck Stribling-Centre Heberle-CHF Duncan-HFF Thatch-FP Flynn-CHB 6 may sound like a lot from one club but I feel that these guys warrant their selections as they have played well all year in these positions Niklaus-FF Harris-FP Allmond-HFF Seccafien-RR Michael-Rover Clements-Wing Howell-Wing Earl-HBF Pont-BP O'Brien-FB Mark-BP leaves a HBF and Bench x3 or x4
Are the association finally doing this to recognise its players????
It's actually a feather in the cap for players who have worked their butt off each year. Just about every other league would be doing this. If they want players to be proud of playing for the comp, then give them a TOTY jumper or something as recognition and maybe they will feel loved by the league.
Like All Australian for AFL players, its not the be-all but its certainly something nice to reflect back on after you have finished.
Just something a little professional that the league could do to improve IMHO.
INT (players that could slip in, lots if them) B.Slattery(two wells) zanandrea(hamley) B.hart(two wells) J.Birchmore(mallala) T.Rowe(HWE) K.Leighton(Twowells) B.Hood(United) B.hardie(mallala)

That's pretty much what association footy is about. Ya getta shirt or towel or bag etc. If the team wins the comp you get the guernsey. If you don't want to be in it, then the love ain't there ( takes two to tango )

I think this is a great idea. The players that play association are not necessarily the players that had the best years for there club! Or they may have been injured or away for the association weekend! I think this is a good way of rewarding a bloke for haveing a good successful consistent year. For example T.Rowe from HWE would make the TOTY from what I have seen, but didn't make the association team!

The amateur league present each player who is selected in the div 1/2 TOTY a framed picture of the team. They get invited to the div 1 and div 2 medal count and get presented the framed pic on the night. Ps Heberle shouldn't be in the TOTY cos he kicked over half his goals in 3 games against Hummocks #dontpickhebs
