i personally love the suggestion a couple of pages back that the $50k fee the crows have paid the sanfl this season should account for their members getting in free as if it paid for their season pass.......
from memory they have around 50k members dont they??? where can i get an sanfl season pass to any other club for $1?
its irrelevant if they dont all use it, they could but choose not to. i used to pay for a season pass and i didnt manage to get to all the games either.

They were probably mostly on the western terrace.

A Port supporter having a crack at an actual SANFL club's fans for hanging shit on the SANFL. Marvellous.
When we're consistently having a collective sook about the SANFL and its clubs when we're not getting everything our own way, get back to us.

According to that great bastion of journalistic integrity, the Sunday Mail:
2801 at Norwood 2743 at Unley 2627 at Glenelg 2139 at Elizabeth 1871 at Woodville
Looking forward to hearing benny boy explain how Norwood-West and Sturt-North are not "traditional" games, but Central-Smears is...
2627 for one team with no hope and one with no supporters is a pretty good turn out.
As for the 'Lizbeth crowd I'm not surprised, many of the most vocal anti-AFL folks on here are Centrals supporters and I'd imagine it's got through to their mates as well. Boycott I say! Boycott!

The current scenario has the SANFL in serious trouble and it may not survive in its current form. So no, I will not get over it in a hurry.
I'm extremely confident that the SANFL will be around for decades to come.
So will common viral infections. It isn't saying much.

Didn't need to, they know a crap idea when they see it as well.

Just shy of 2500 per game for the weekend.
Yes, well 2137 isn't a bad turn out considering many are boycotting and of those that did turn up, 3/4 of the crowd would most likely have been supporters of that very team. The visiting team's numbers would have been much greater had its National League side not been playing in Adelaide later that day.

75/25 split, would be similar to most games at Elizabeth regardless of opponent.

I am really not sure why some people get so upset at Crows members getting in for free. AAMI/AO members have had 4 free SANFL games as part of their membership package for years and years and all kids under 18 get into SANFL games for free. The more people at the games the better IMO.
