Not sure if you saw or remember him much from his time at the Magpies, Wedgie, but he is almost kamikaze in his attack on the ball and body...
Rivals Scott Dutschke for the hardest player I have seen in the SANFL over the last 10 years, or so...
A great pick up for North Adelaide...

Re: Rumours / Player Movement Discussions for 2014
Seems odd that North would not have enough room in the salary cap to fit James Allan in, but then sign Motlop and Kulikowski AFTER the season had begun and they would have already committed their schedule of payments. $400 a game perhaps........

I seriously wonder how some people think.
Yeah, we can't fit a triple magarey medalist into our cap who allegedly rings around our top paid players and demands to be the highest paid player after contracts have been settled but then a few months later after losing our best player of the finals last year which you'd think would free up some space someone think its odd we sign someone who is without a club? Pretty obviously logical I would have thought.

Sounds like another Dean Howard type. Someone we've missed in the middle

Motlop, Schulz and now this bloke. North not exactly sitting on there arses doing SFA. Jimmy wanted too much and probably past his best. Chad gave his all last year and was good value, but struggled this season. His leaving, although the club not happy about it, at least allowed us the opportunity to pick up a 22 year old with talent.

Brett Zorzi says hi.
He could also do something with the ball when he got it too.
'People are not stupid. They know when they are being conned. And two reserves teams operating in a League competition will reduce it to a farce, a competition without a soul.'

I doubt these two would be on that sort of coin.... surely not. Allen would be asking a lot more than the two of these combined...pretty simple.

Killer for half a season and Motlop for less than a season> Allan's offer and O'Sullivan?

Killa was a lot of magpies supporters favourite. Never takes a backwards step.

And don't forget that Luke Ivens retired as the season was commencing too. That would have freed up more salary cap space.

And then there was the Crows member who ripped up his ticket, so he's got more money to spend at the club and decided to tip it into recruiting.

Re: Rumours / Player Movement Discussions for 2014
DANIEL KULIKOWSKI
The North Adelaide Football Club would like to announce the signing of Daniel Kulikowski for the remainder of 2014 and 2015 season. Daniel (22 years old, 180cm and 85kg) played 36 games for the Port Magpies from 2010-2013 and is a hard running, strong bodied midfielder who has good character and a physical presence on the field. Daniel was a high priority recruit in the off season but with the changes at the end of 2013 to the Port Magpies, Daniel decided to move to Melbourne and play for Williamstown in the VFL for a change of lifestyle and employment opportunities.
Daniel performed strongly for Williamstown in the opening 10 games helping the Seagulls to 3rd position but was missing family, Adelaide and the SANFL competition. Daniel contacted Coach Ken McGregor about the possibility of joining North Adelaide on his return to Adelaide and we were able to agree to terms with the Williamstown FC late Friday afternoon.
The North Adelaide Football Club welcomes Daniel into our playing group and looks forward to him contributing on field for the remainder of the 2014 season and beyond.
