Half the problem is, it seems they always want to play the blame game and never accept responsibility - especially the supporters:

Look at Trigg. Look at Chapman. Look at the board in which members have no say. There's your problem. Paying the price for being excluded from early rounds of the draft. Less access to the draft for any reason equals mid table mediocrity. It aint Rocket Surgery folks.
