At Ingle Farm we have meetings twice a week.. we call it training

Do you train indoors now?? Must be a new format. ;)

Actually I believe training indoors especially later in the season is a great idea, although we do play in the wet weather etc, training in it on muddy, wrecked grounds like Ingle Farm late in the season can increase the chances of injury and illness.. I think you're better off being indoors, keeping the skills crisp and clean and still being able to do some fitness work as well.

Also reduces the excuses for the soft c**ks that dont want to train in the cold/wet

Ha ha I know what you mean. When we were playing and training at St Pauls we used to use the gym and do drills and stuff indoors. That was handy during the middle of the year.

:? That's normal? Seems a bit much to me.

I'm sure there is a fair reason why they are taking this course of action - if in fact it is even happening that is.. Who are we to judge them on the way they go about their business preparing between games?

Morell, rain forecast for this weekend, hows the ground going to hold up? Do you think the weather will work in MP favour more?

I still owe you a can of coke too ;)

Through my playing life, it was normally just the 1 ( and that was towards the end of my career ) to talk about the next game. I just heard from the grapevine that there was 3 meetings a week to discuss stuff. I just thought that was a bit odd thats all. No harm intended. Especially the label of "Deadset Tosser". Thats a bit rich I must say. ;)

Mitchell Park Oval is a sponge. It'll be perfect. And it very rarely rains hard in the A Grade on game day.

Nothing is favouring us at the moment. To be honest I'm worried if we will be able to field a side at this stage.

I won't be there on Saturday, buy a beer for Scooter, he'll need it.

Now this is the truth, there is one meeting on a Thursday night after a shortned training session for the coach to address the A grade squad.

B4E you are quite welcome to come down the club and address any issues you have.

Arch44 wil you be wearing your premiership medal around your neck Sat to remind the Rose Park connection what they missed out on when Cougar ran out Grubby?
