The longer this club exists the more and more disillusioned i have become with it, this is one 23yo club playing in a Victorian based competition, they don't own footy in SA nor do they solely represent it's history. This mob has got WAY ahead of itself.

Most importantly they DO NOT represent this state, nor all South Australians.

Born out of all the ten SANFL league clubs in 1990 Booney
Since 1990 they've been fighting and representing you mate as the team for all South Australians.
In round 2 they'll be out there playing agaisnt some other AFL franchise as South Australia's club.
You, beeny, GWW, etc are their 19th man.....

Imagine the uproar if Collingwood wore the Big V in a match. This is no different. It's like they're just trying to piss SANFL supporters off. Agree with comments about trying to steal history that isn't theirs etc. I would be pretty pissed off if I were a guy like Russell Ebert who'd earned the right to wear it.

Is the 14 in your user name your age? you couldn't be much older than that to not understand the the State (not just State of Origin) is sacred and should only be worn by players representing SA, not representing a AFL club that is trying to justify it's claim as the side for all South Aussies, this is a bloody disgrace and just another reason for people that used to have a soft spot for the Crows to hate them worse than the ferals from Albertscum
