Re: EPL Season 2013/2014
How bad is Aston Villa at the moment ?
It pains me to say it but we're clearly the worst team in the Premier League at present and are destined for the drop.

Interested to see the Newcastle game. 2 stoke players sent off in 5 minutes, and Newcastle scored 4 goals in the last 10 minutes
You are right, normally a two horse race by this time of the year. Closest I can remember in awhile. Amazing to think that this is United's lowest tally at Christmas for 24 years yet we are still within touching distance of the top even though I think we will end up a fair way back by seasons end.
Shiteh are still the ones to beat for me, the title is usually won by the side with the deepest squad and they have up to a dozen players missing out on a game each week who would walk into most clubs, Shiteh to put their foot down and win by a bit with Arsenal runners up. Chavs and Liverpool fighting for the minor placings and United to miss CL action next year

Re: EPL Season 2013/2014
big game for us against the toon. go back to top if we win.
Walcott and jimbos mate are playing well
game after is Cardiff at home. lets put 10 past them and show the owner of Cardiff that treating managers like that is not respectful

Lol, did Plodolski have 1 good game?
Must of been a bottom side as is usually unsighted against decent opposition. If you pissed him off and brought 1 half decent striker in January you would win the league.
Every team has duds, trust me we have plenty

he has played actually 3 games this season due to injury. scored twice against Fulham, and once as a sub in Thursdays game. Was saying he is playing well to stir you up
considering he has only played three games and scored three times, that is a decent return so far

You won’t miss out on CL next season. A good signing or two this January and get some injured players back on the park and you’ll be comfortably in the top 4.
The TAB’s quoting $2.25 on United to make top 4. I reckon I’ll be having some of that.

At whose expense?
Shiteh and the Chavs are miles better and will be clear at the top by a fair bit. Liverpool and Arsenal are playing great football and barring a major form slump both of them are safe in the top 4

Don't forget that now Everton have been freed from the Moyes shackles they are likely to be pressing for 4th as well!

Re: EPL Season 2013/2014
Liverpool might not make the top 4 but I don't think it will be Man U that keeps us out of it. Teams no longer fear going to Old Trafford, something would have to drastically change for them to get that fear back.

Re: EPL Season 2013/2014
Of course they do
United are just outside the top four with half a season to go and all this talk of not qualifying is premature
The fact that things are so close at the top right now works to United's advantage as all the top four are dropping points
I'm sure United will be in the mix come season end
