"Patrick Page 15yo on debut. One to watch."

Fielded well.

I didn't see the Force bat.

Pretty unfair when one club can have 5-6 players on PL duty vs another whose PL club is not playing and pretty much at full strength (minus Redbacks). Surely that should have been considered when making the draw. Not much you can do if (for example) two Southern clubs are playing each other and one has 8 players out vs 2 - that's the way it goes. But when Eastern Edge have a bye and ET, Kensi and TTG are at full strength (again minus Redbacks) vs Sturt, WT and ND, it is a compromised draw. Why not have ET vs Kensi and TTG vs SACA 19s to make it a bit fairer? This system needs more thought.

How are the one day games worked out anyway? Main program is easy - play everyone once. Rotate two games forward. Twenty20 it seems that you play your neighbouring clubs usually, especially for twilight games.

Is the one day competition on some sort of rotation too?

T20 - not last season. WT played Southerns at Bice. Trying to get 12 blokes to Christies by 4:50pm was a struggle, especially when one bloke broke down on the expressway at Reynella. The coach was about 2 minutes from suiting up!

Batted about 6. That was not a grade standard.
Maybe he's a bowler.

Looking at yesterday's results your club's investment in Ross Whiteley seems to have already paid off. Apart from him it appears the 10 other players at Prospect have the same ability as number 12 did.....

Don't know how you figure that one out.
Only 6 batted.
What's your issue I only pointed out one player didn't look that good and your having a sook.
Anyway Prospect bowled and fielded really well and the spinners put the screws on mid innings.
That's two more players that had an impact. So there were only eight passengers
If you wanna have a stupid un warranted crack then I will have one too.
When your bats get so many fullies from slower bowlers then teach them not to hit them straight to fielders.
That's just dumb.

Same could be said for you.

For the record I didn't play but was there most of the day and from where I stood without Ross Whiteley you blokes are in the same boat as Adelaide. Up the creek with out a paddle.

With the pre season issues that we have had as a club this season I'm surprised we even got over a 100.

Adelaide CC playing 20/20 v PNG tomorrow night with a 4.45 start.

Not ideal when you have the first 2 day fixture begining in 2 days....

Hope you've got lights for that Heater! Past experience shows that trying to play T20s at this time of year has the team batting 2nd facing the last 5 or so overs in the dark, even with a 4:45pm start. Surely the Adelaide coach agreed to it - must have seen some benefit for the players involved.

Fair effort.
Prospect have 3 kids playing C Grade today that still have two years of U/16 cricket up their sleeves. One has 3 and is only 13 and is four foot high WTF.

Can confirm that - brilliant knock from the teenage skipper. Well supported by Harrison Drew with 60 and the tail.
Recovered from 7/160 to make 309.

Are these kids genuine prodigies or are they battling for numbers?

You'd hope kids aren't getting played out of their ability level to field full sides. If they've unearthed some gems though then good on them. Callum Ferguson played A's for them at 14.

I was told it was a side strain, but a minor detail. SACA obviously cleared him to play as a batsman
