Another idiotyou weren't good enough to get there and at least the two sides today probably put 20k more people in than your club would have done

Dont think your club will be an orphan there Jim, believe North may lose a few but be surprised if you lose a dozen

Too bad Centrals couldn't get within ten goals of North then cos they would have done a better job i suppose. Once again, why are you spending your time on the Roost? Perhaps get a hobby or something to do with your time that is not so pathetically sad.

Yep but I don't think u will find any Centrals saying we would have 'saved the GF' in a serious way
The roost is brilliant if u want a quality laugh, the last 6 weeks proved that.
You should sell that stuff use would make millions.

For North to be only able to kick 4 goals on a fine, sunny day is simply wrong and bad for football.
Yes my team is guilty of this crap football and it has to end

Well Zorzi has announced his retirement and Warren said he will if Bassett goes.
The AFL guys are certainties obviously.
The 3 kids will get drafted, Aish at 3, Dumont at 12-15.
Think a couple of others I mentioned as draftees will get drafted, perhaps not all.
Gut feeling about Newton and McGuinness

That is a fair lot that could be missing next year, you can also include the coach.
Any idea who Bassett's replacement might be, would Robbie Neil be in with a chance?

Yep hence my lack of interest for SANFL football and football in general.
I said to a mate of mine sitting here watching it, when teams get into DEEP trouble, they go back to what's natural, run and carry the footy, kick long and try and create opportunities. The problem with this is, they're not playing their normal/team game and guys are caught out of position. I go back to Blighty's theory of kicking a winning score. And there's only one way to do it, attack! Teach blokes to keep their structure so that if you do get a run and carry opportunity you do have someone to kick to.
Obviously there are reasons as to when and where to play defensive footy, but to have 300-400 possessions each and have a 100 point game on a fine sunny day is pretty ordinary. Over-coaching I call it.
Hey well done to Bass and the Norwood mob, way too good, but I don't like the way the SANFL has gone recently. I hope that trend does not continue but I fear its too late.
Well done to North for making it though, they did a great job after falling at most of the last hurdles to get into the finals.
