I deal with twats in the Holbrooks Rd /Grange Rd /East Tce intersection daily. People that can't get into the right lane to turn cop the full force of my wrath.....

I wish they'd just realign that intersection and make it a cross road.

If there's enough time while everyone is stationary I'll split the lanes on my motorbike to get up the front there but once you enter the intersection there should be no lane changing until you are through it, every day I see close calls because of someone trying to push in.

If I just miss getting through in my car I often turn left onto Grange, 1st right and then 1st right again and end up on East Tce before the traffic on there going the other way gets the green.

Trucks that are in all 3 lanes at the traffic lights. Get behind the other truck you bastards!

I haven't seen too many lanes that prohibit trucks being in them, imagine if all the trucks on South Rd were in the RH lane (a lot of it the stobie poles are too close for them to travel in the Left with the road camber), get over the trucks, they have as much right to use the road as you and me, probably more if you consider the amount of fuel tax and rego they pay

I get my jimmies rustled by drivers who pull into slip lanes to turn right into side streets, but leave half their car hanging out of the lane.

That and also the drivers that are in the turning lane but can't turn right without swing to the left a bit first

I have often wondered this aswell. but they would have to compulsory acquire both properties on either side of the corner (1 of them being the servo.) Too much financial out lay for very little gain.....

I used to think the same, I recon the servo could stay, the old car yard across the road is empty, take over the 2 houses between that and the gym and maybe the one the other side of the car yard and I reckon it would fit without taking much of the sevo

The only way you'll ever fix that is do another Superway past it, the other end doesn't even have turning lanes and the stobie poles are too close for trucks to pass safetly

Yes that would make sense only if they didnt all do it. You can still change channel and you havnt missed anything on the other channel cos they also went over. I guess this is why it is now up to 10 mins over time, just stations trying to out do each other. Where will it end? Surely there is regulations to cover this

I went to the North Terrace ServiceSA last Friday to pay my car transfer / stamp duty. It was the last day I had to do it.

The queue was massive, and would've been a huge wait so I went back to the guy who was greeting/helping people and explained I had to head back to work. He stamped my form and wrote a five day extension message for me. Told me I could pay by today..

So today is the last day and my girlfriend took the papers in to the ServiceSA at Elizabeth for me. She gets told that I have to pay a $77 late fee as the Elizabeth branch won't honour the city branch's extension.

I guess ServiceSA isn't "one" when it comes to branches.
